Eric Browning MPT

 

Eric, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2002 has developed interests in orthopedics, manual therapy, orthotic fabrication for runners and cyclists, management of headache and facial pain including the TMJ, and gait training for people who have lost a limb.

He has served as the Oklahoma liason for the American Physical Therapy Association as Nominating Committee Chair, and has been apart of the association since graduation. 

He has served as adjunct faculty for the University of Oklahoma’s physical therapy department helping tech classes on orthopedics and spinal dysfunction.  He has also served as an advocate for physical therapy, speaking to medically minded freshman on the OU campus about his profession.

Eric is currently writing articles for local publications to increase the community’s awareness of physical therapy and to give advice on management of specific orthopedic problems.  

Eric was married in 2004 to his wife Lauren, a registered nurse.  They enjoy traveling, taking care of their two dogs and a cat, remodeling historic homes, and riding bikes together.  They are involved in a local ministry that focuses on individual mentorship.
